4. Delivery

6. Shipping Costs
http://www.elementsthaispa.ch sends all deliveries with the Swiss Post. The shipping costs up to 2kg are CHF 7 for each B-Post delivery (including VAT). All shipping costs will be paid by the customer. If the customer does not accept the delivery and wants to step back from the contract, the customer still has to pay CHF 20 to CHF 30 for delivery and processing costs. If a delivery comes back and has to be sent to the customer again, an additional delivery cost of CHF 7 for B-Post will be charged.

7. Returns
If a customer wants to return the delivered products, an application has to be carried out within 5 days after receipt.
