The treatment has the same effect as around 20,000 sit-ups or lunges on the abdominal, thigh or buttock muscles. The energy induces almost 20,000 supramaximal muscle contractions per session. In other words, training that is impossible to do in everyday life. Furthermore, only the muscle areas requested by the customer are treated. The penetration depth is 7 centimeters, the muscle stimulation 100 percent (for comparison: intensive workout max. 50 percent). During an EMShapeX® session, around 16% muscle is built up and around 19% fat is reduced at the same time. After the treatment, some people briefly feel as if they have just completed an intensive workout.
